These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the juya9 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using juya9, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and use the juya9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules
The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a juya9 account:

- Deposited funds are held in a segregated account. In the event that juya9 ceases operations, all verifiable player balances will be returned to players via their registered payment method.
Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from a juya9 account:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. juya9 does not process withdrawals to a different person's account, a different mobile number, or an account not verified under your KYC profile.
- A pending KYC verification will pause withdrawal processing until the verification is complete. juya9 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.
- Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances (cash balance) that are free of any active wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
- juya9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed while due diligence is in progress.
Any attempt to defraud juya9 through false withdrawal claims, chargeback abuse, or exploitation of payment system errors will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities. juya9 actively monitors all transactions for fraud indicators.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
juya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions
The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Until the rollover is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period without notice.
- juya9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, juya9 will honour the bonus under the terms as communicated at the time it was credited.
- Each welcome bonus is available to one new registered account per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices will be treated as bonus abuse.
- juya9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, associated winnings or free spin winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes but is not limited to: use of automated betting strategies, low-risk hedging to meet wagering requirements, or coordination with other players to exploit promotional terms.
Seasonal Promotions: juya9 runs seasonal promotions aligned with BPL cricket season, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, Eid and other culturally significant periods. These promotions are open to eligible players who opt in during the promotional window. All seasonal promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

Game Results

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the juya9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets or interact with the juya9 platform in any manner not intended for human use.
- 2Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional terms or share insider information related to live casino game results.
- 3Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with juya9 support or compliance teams.

- 5Using the juya9 platform for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any financial crime as defined under applicable laws. juya9 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
juya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, suspected underage use, or receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money cash balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities to juya9.
A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting juya9 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial or non-financial loss resulting from interruption of service, platform downtime or any force majeure event.
juya9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your juya9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit juya9's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the juya9 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, promotional materials and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of juya9 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the juya9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the juya9 platform without prior written consent from juya9.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
juya9 collects, processes and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification and platform use.
